Construction Laboratory and Field Technician – Level 4 (Non Aligned)
A construction laboratory and field technician will be responsible for carrying out sampling, preparing test specimens and performing test of construction material as per IS standard test procedure in order to ensure the quality. With companies moving towards stringent quality control practices, there is a dearth of employees with the required skill set of a construction laboratory technician. The Qualification Pack (QP) followed for this program is CON/Q0402. The program is conducted for a duration of 400 hours. IIIC has a placement record of 100% for this course.

Internship
The CLFT is a three months program. During the three month program, the trainees should undergo a one month structured internship.
In due course of this internship, the trainees will acquire knowledge and skills in carrying out sampling, preparing test specimens and performing test of construction material as per IS standard test procedure. The internship will be provided at Matter lab, Kozhikode and various RMC plants of ULCCS ltd.
