ToT/ToA/ToMT

IIIC is accredited by Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDCI) to conduct
Training of Trainer(ToT)/Training of Assessor (ToA)/Training of Master Trainers(ToMT) program in the five
National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) aligned Qualification Packs. Through this training,
IIIC implements the best practices that a trainer/assessor should employ while delivering to his
trainees or during the assessment of trainees. These programs equip the trainers in developing Training Delivery Plan (TDP)after
doing a need analysis, implement better andragogical practices, to develop strategies for handling classroom disruptions etc.
Majority of the faculty at IIIC are certified trainers or master trainers under different job roles.
