Deputy Director
Shri. Raghavan K brings over three decades of leadership experience in industry and governance. He holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering and M.Sc in Applied Psychology. He served as the Managing Director of Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited (KMML) and as General Manager at Travancore Titanium Products Limited (TTPL), both premier public sector undertakings under the Government of Kerala. His commitment to public service is also reflected in his tenure as Additional Private Secretary to the former Industries Minister, Shri. Elamaram Kareem.
At IIIC, he plays a strategic role in advancing skilling initiatives, industry partnerships, and institutional development. His rich experience in industrial management and public sector leadership is complemented by strong general administration skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and team coordination. This enables efficient institutional operations and contributes significantly to capacity building in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
Professor and Dean (Academics)
Dr. Jomy Thomas is a dedicated educator with over 30 years of academic and professional experience, including 22 years in the Kerala Government service. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, with specialization in Travel Demand Modelling. His academic journey is marked by a deep commitment to mentoring postgraduate students and contributing to research in the evolving domains of transportation planning and smart mobility solutions.
As Dean (Academics) at IIIC, he leads academic planning, curriculum development, faculty coordination, and quality assurance. He oversees the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Examination Cell to maintain academic standards, ensure quality of delivery, and promote continuous improvement. His efforts ensure that all training programs remain industry-relevant, outcome-based, and responsive to the evolving needs of the infrastructure and construction sectors

Dr Ashfak is a seasoned academician and administrator with more than 20 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and skill development. He holds a Ph.D from the University of Kerala and an M.Tech from IIT Madras , with research contributions in Magneto-Rheological fluids and its applications.
At IIIC, Dr Ashfak leads and provides strategic guidance for the institutes Post graduate program in MEP systems and Management, ensuring its alignment with industry standards and emerging infrastructure demands. His role involves curriculum planning and fostering industry partnerships to enhance employability and professional competence of trainees. He also serves as Dean- Trainees affairs with responsibilities encompassing trainee welfare, co-curricular and residential life, grievance-redressal and inclusive development of trainees. He also plays a crucial academic role in technician level training, with a focus on designing and implementing programs that are closely aligned with current industry standards and practical workforce requirements for employment in the infrastructure and construction sectors. His efforts help bridge the gap between classroom learning and field level execution, thereby enhancing the overall quality and relevance of the skilling initiatives at IIIC .

Shri. George Antony Constantine is an academic and management professional with over 30 years of experience in teaching, administration, and corporate engagement. He holds M.A in Economics and MBA ,and has served in various leadership roles including Dean of the School of Management at Bishop Jerome Institute, and Director at DC School of Management and CDC Kollam. His expertise spans academic planning, institutional development, industry collaboration, and student mentoring.
At IIIC, he manages admissions and placements, develops industry linkages, and creates job pathways for trainees. As a Soft Skill Trainer, he conducts training in communication, personality development, and interview readiness, playing a key role in enhancing the employability and confidence of the trainees.
