Hire-Train- Deploy Program (HTD) -2025

Around 200 top performers in the ATEiiic aptitude test, followed by group discussion and interview, will get a chance to join the HTD program offered by companies like ULCCS, WRENCH SOLUTIONS, SALMON LEAP. In addition Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) is also expected to be part of the HTD program. In this program, selected graduate engineering trainees will be hired, given company-sponsored training at IIIC (with a monthly stipend), and then deployed as Engineers in company projects after successfully completing the training.

 Eligibility of applicant for HTD Program 

    • B.Tech  Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical and Electronics or Equivalent with a minimum of  60% (6.5 CGPA) and above.

    • Final year students of B.Tech / BE in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics (or equivalent), who are expected to complete their course between June and September 2025, with a minimum of 60% marks (or 6.5 CGPA) are eligible

  • There should not be any backlog of subjects while appearing for the ATE exam.

  • Age limit – not more than 24 years as of 31st May 2025 (Your date of birth must be on or after 1st June 2001)
