Inauguration of the IIIC Research Cell

The Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC), Chavara, proudly inaugurated its Research Cell, marking a significant milestone in strengthening the institute’s commitment to research, innovation, and academic excellence.

The Research Cell was inaugurated by Dr. Vasudevan N., Scientist, NATPAC, who also delivered an inspiring talk on “Importance of Research in the Current Academic Curriculum and Industrial Scenario” for the faculty. The session emphasized the vital role of research in advancing higher education, fostering innovation, and addressing real-world industrial challenges.

The event was graced by Prof. (Dr.) B. Sunilkumar, Director, IIIC, along with the Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty members, staff, and trainees.

The IIIC Research Cell aims to create a vibrant research ecosystem by promoting interdisciplinary research, industry collaboration, publications, patents, consultancy, funded projects, and innovation-driven solutions for the infrastructure and construction sector.
