Achievements

Sajeev Sathyaseelan is a senior Electrical Engineer and Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA–ACG) with over 28 years of experience, including 18+ years in Qatar, specializing in HV/EHV electrical systems, MEP commissioning, and large-scale project execution across infrastructure, oil & gas, solar, and industrial sectors. He has led end-to-end commissioning and project delivery for high-profile projects such as the 800 MWp Al Kharsaah Solar PV IPP (Total Energies), Msheireb Downtown Doha (Phase 1B), Ras Laffan Emergency and Safety College, and various ISF Data Centers and accommodation campuses in Qatar. His expertise spans testing & commissioning management, design review, QA/QC, documentation, FAT/SAT coordination, and multi-disciplinary site integration. He holds key certifications including Chartered Engineer (IEI), Solar Chartered Engineer (SESI), UPDA/MMUP A-Grade, and is approved by Qatar Energy as a Lead Commissioning and Switching Engineer up to 11 kV. With a strong background in engineering leadership, value engineering, and stakeholder coordination, Sajeev continues to deliver technically sound, safety-compliant, and timely project outcomes.
