A dual certification program consisting of three certification programs is offered to these colleges. Students completing their 4th semester can join for this dual certification. While studying their 5th and 6th semesters the students will be able to complete the first certification program. The second certification can be completed by the end of the 7th semester and the third certification will coincide with the completion of their B.tech. results.

The first program is “Construction site management” the knowledge and skilling areas include construction technology, quality management system, safety and entrepreneurship, construction skill workshops and survey labs.

The second certification program is “Project cost management” which mainly focuses on the knowledge and skill areas of quantity surveying, tendering, contracts and claims management.

The third certification program is “Advanced construction management” which focuses on project planning, resource management, qualitative techniques and quality management systems, and financial management in construction, supported by project management software like MSP and Primavera.

Structured internships in reputed construction industries support all these programs.
