Achievements

George Antony Constantine is a seasoned academic and management professional with over 25 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, placement training, and consultancy. He currently serves as the Head of the School of Management at Bishop Jerome Institute, Kollam, where he leads academic administration, teaches core subjects like Economics, Strategic Management, and Business Communication, and oversees placements and faculty development initiatives. His previous roles include Director of the Career Development Centre (CDC), Kollam, and Director at DC School of Management & Technology, Trivandrum. He has also held leadership positions in corporate sales and marketing with Mysore Feeds Ltd. and Bhagwathy Beverages Pvt. Ltd. George has extensive experience in conducting soft skills training, seminars, workshops, and mentoring students for competitive exams and placements. He actively contributes to academic governance as a member of examination boards, question paper setter, and project guide for Kerala University and KTU, and is also an active member of the Quilon Management Association.
