  • Col Gulshan Kumar Grover served with DLF for 17 years & as General Manager, Building Services , DLF Services/Utilities Limited he was responsible for Operations & Facility management of various Commercial Complexes/Malls in Delhi, Noida & Chandigarh & all India Head, Purchase for DLF Commercial Complexes ( Offices) , DLF Utilities Limited. He was also a Senior Consultant with Jones Lang Laselle, Property & Asset Management, Gurgaon.
  • As Professor Emeritus he served with RICS School of Built Environment May 2015 onwards as the Academic Lead for Facilities Management & taught Property Management, Facilities management, Real Estate Law & Regulations & Behavioural Sciences to MBA/BBA REUI/CPM/CEQS. He was Accreditation Coordinator for RICS and NAAC Accreditation. He was instrumental in the development of the Course Curriculum & launch of Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management by the School.
  • Conducted a number of Corporate training sessions/ workshops in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management for organizations such as Brookefield, GEC, IKEA, GMR, IRCON, DLF, Salarpuria. Also provided consultancy to IRCON on Appointment & Training of Real Estate Division of IRCON including implementation of Integrated Facilities Management
  • He Served the Indian Army in Corps of Engineers / Military Engineer Service (MES) as Additional Chief Engineer Bareilly Zone, responsible for Projects & Maintenance Works for all Army Stations in Western Uttar Pradesh covering four Superintending Engineer (SE) Circles including Bareilly, Dehradun, Agra, Meerut & Pithoragarh.
  • As Director Works, Project Beacon, Border Roads Organization (BRO), he was responsible for construction & maintenance of roads in Jammu & Kashmir including the National Highway 1A from Jammu-Srinagar- Zozilla Pass.
  • As Commander Engineers in Delhi besides operational duties, he was In-charge for Anti Sabotage Checks especially for IEDs / Bomb Disposal etc. & detailed coordination for four years for Republic Day Parades, Independence Day Ceremonies & other National level events.
