IIIC Team outreach visit

The Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction team including Dr. Pradeep Sundaresan – Head of Public Relations and Placement, Prof. Harees Mon- Head of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, Eng. Praveen – Manager Placement and MrVijesh – Manager Admissions visited two engineering colleges in Kollam district, namely BMC Engineering Sasthamcotta and TKM Institute of Technology, Karuvelil. They conducted an assessment, skill training needs analysis and explored possible collaborative opportunities. Subsequently, they also created awareness on the existing programs and the upcoming courses at IIIC. The representatives expressed interest in having IIIC to make a presentation to the representatives about their programs, internships and faculty department opportunities at the visited college campus. Representatives of the two colleges were both enthusiastic about IIIC and the prospective seminar that they plan to host in January 2022 at their college campus. Following this visit, an upcoming meeting of representatives of several engineering colleges within Kollam district has been planned from 20th December 2021 onwards at IIIC.
