  • Kerala Institute of Hospitality Management Studies under Govt. of Kerala and was appointed Principal. Successfully conducted several hospitality courses & training programmes.
  • Training Department for Kerala Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. and was appointed as General Manager & Head. Successfully conducted several training programmes for KTDC and other government departments.
  • Appointed as One Man Commission to conduct a study and submit a report with recommendations for revamping of Food Craft Institutes in the state which was implemented by the Government.
  •  Training imparted to teachers employed in VHSE schools across the state conducting hospitality courses during VHSE workshops.
  • Led teams for design and development of Standard Operating Practices manuals in Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service & Food Safety for KTDC Ltd.
