FOOD PRODUCTION LAB

At IIIC, we have a full-fledged Food Production Lab, comprising of state-of the-art kitchen facilitating with 10 stations - each comprising of 4 stoves, banquet kitchen, soup section, pantry section and vegetable section for updating our ADHM students with latest trends in the Hotel Industry. With such a superb kitchen facility, the students at IIIC are able to acquire culinary skills. They are also able to learn about international cuisines under well-experienced Faculties here.
